1. Introduction

Welcome to Prophesy Impact. By registering for the Prophetic Training & Mentoring (PTM) or Online Profetische Mentorschap Groep (OPM) program, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. The platform offers exclusive access to training, community interactions, and live teachings.

2. Registration & Payment

  • Upon registration, users must provide accurate personal information, including name, email, and payment details.
  • All payments are processed securely via Mollie, supporting iDEAL, PayPal, Bancontact, and Credit Card.
  • Users can select from one-time, semi-annual, or quarterly payment plans.
  • Full payment or the first installment must be completed before gaining access to the platform.

3. Access to the Community

  • Upon successful payment, users will automatically receive access to the platform.
  • If a scheduled installment payment fails, access to the platform may be temporarily suspended until payment is resolved.
  • Failure to complete all payments within an installment plan may lead to permanent revocation of access.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • No refunds will be issued after registration, as users gain immediate access to the platform and its resources.
  • Participants in an installment plan must complete all payments, as commitment is required for the full one-year program.
  • In exceptional circumstances (such as medical emergencies), users may submit a cancellation request to [email protected]. Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

5. User Conduct & Community Guidelines

By participating in PTM/OPM, users agree to:

  • Engage in respectful and uplifting communication with other members.
  • Refrain from sharing private or sensitive information outside the community.
  • Avoid posting offensive, harmful, or misleading content.
  • Respect all moderators and community leaders.
  • Prophesy Impact reserves the right to revoke access for any violation of community standards.

6. Intellectual Property & Content Usage

  • All teaching materials, video content, and resources are exclusive to PTM/OPM members.
  • Redistribution, reproduction, or public sharing of any content without permission is strictly prohibited.
  • Violations of copyright or misuse of content may lead to legal action and account suspension.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

  • Prophesy Impact respects user privacy and follows GDPR compliance.
  • Personal data, including name, email, and payment details, is stored securely.
  • Data is used solely for community access, communication, and payment processing.
  • Users can request deletion of their personal data by contacting [email protected].

8. Changes to Terms & Conditions

  • Prophesy Impact reserves the right to update these terms when necessary.
  • Users will be notified of significant changes via email or community announcements.
